We are seeking a Senior Aerospace / Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in the development of hypersonic propulsion systems and reusable spaceplanes. You will work on advanced air-breathing turbo-ramjet technology, supporting both defence and space applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, analysis, and testing of aerospace structures, propulsion systems, and flight components.
• Develop high-speed aerodynamics, thermal management, and mechanical systems for hypersonic vehicles.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations.
• Oversee manufacturing, integration, and validation of flight hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years in aerospace, mechanical, or propulsion engineering.
Expertise in high-speed aerodynamics, thermal structures, and propulsion systems.
Proficiency in FEA, CFD, CAD software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA).
Experience with hypersonic systems, turbo-ramjets, or space launch vehicles is a plus.

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Officer to drive growth across hypersonic defence and space launch markets. You will play a critical role in strategic partnerships, market expansion, and securing high-value contracts with government, defence agencies, and commercial space clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue business opportunities in defence, aerospace, and space launch sectors.
Develop and execute strategic partnerships with MoD, AUKUS, NATO allies, and commercial space customers.
Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and bids for high-value defence and aerospace programs.
Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and revenue forecasting.
Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to align business goals with technical capabilities.
Travel to domestic and international trade shows for company promotion and customer acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in aerospace, defence, or space industries.
Strong network in MoD, government agencies, defence primes, or commercial space companies.
Proven ability to secure contracts, drive revenue, and execute complex negotiations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
